Your wedding data is not for sale

Most wedding planning apps are free because vendors and advertisers pay for access to you. NevaPlan works differently: you pay once, and you are the customer — not the product.

No ads, ever

Your planning space stays clean — no sponsored vendors, no banners, no "recommended partners."

Your guest list is not a lead list

We never share guest names, emails or phone numbers with vendors, advertisers or data brokers.

One-time purchase

No subscription meter running while you plan. Pay once and plan your whole wedding.

Take your data anywhere

Every list exports to CSV and print-ready PDF — your guests, budget, seating and timeline are yours to keep.

Two very different business models

When an app is free, someone else is paying — and that shapes everything from the ads you see to where your guest list ends up.

Honest answers

Why is NevaPlan not free like other wedding planners?

Free planners are usually funded by vendors and advertisers, which shapes what you see and what happens to your data. NevaPlan is a one-time purchase, so our only incentive is making planning better for you.

Do you share my guest list with vendors or advertisers?

No. Guest names, emails, phone numbers and addresses are used only to run your wedding — invitations, RSVP and seating. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Your guest list exports to CSV, and every part of your plan — budget, seating, timeline, menus — downloads as print-ready PDF documents.

Will my guests get marketing emails after they RSVP?

Never. Your guests only receive what you send them — the invitation and RSVP messages. NevaPlan does not email your guests for marketing, and no third party gets the chance to: their details never leave your wedding.

Who can actually see my wedding plan?

Only you and the people you invite. Collaborators get per-module permissions you control — view, edit or no access, module by module. Your public couple page shows only the sections you switch on, and there is no public directory of weddings.

Do you sell "anonymized" or "aggregated" data instead?

No. We don't sell data in any form — not raw, not anonymized, not aggregated. The one-time purchase is our entire business model, so there is no side revenue hiding behind your information.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

You can delete your account any time in Settings — it takes a password confirmation, not a support ticket. Your data stops being part of NevaPlan the moment you do. Export your CSV and PDF copies first; those stay yours forever.

Plan the day. Keep the data.

Guests, budget, seating, honeymoon — everything in one private planner, exportable any time.
