Read the terms and conditions that govern your use of NevaPlan's planning and productivity tools.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using NevaPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use NevaPlan. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your country), you may only make a purchase with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Service Description
NevaPlan is a web-based personal planning platform that provides the following tools:
- Budget Planner — Track income, expenses, recurring payments, and financial goals
- Goal Planner — Set and monitor personal and professional goals
- Habit Tracker — Build and maintain positive daily habits
- Wedding Planner — Organize budgets, guests, vendors, and timelines for your wedding
- Project Manager — Plan projects, tasks, timelines, and recurring work
- Trip Planner — Organize itineraries, packing lists, and trip budgets
Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure and not share your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Pricing & Payments
NevaPlan uses a one-time purchase model. There are no recurring subscription fees.
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.
Free Plan
New users get a free plan for every product — no time limit and no credit card required.
When you reach a free plan limit, purchase the individual product or a bundle to unlock everything.
Refund Policy
All purchases are one-time and final. Each module unlocks lifetime access immediately upon purchase, so we do not offer a money-back guarantee.
Where a refund is required by applicable law, it is handled by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy, the merchant of record) and returned to the original payment method.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with a statutory withdrawal period, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because each module unlocks full access immediately, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose this right of withdrawal once access has been granted.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
Intellectual Property
All NevaPlan software, design, branding, and content are owned by NevaPlan and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of NevaPlan does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.
Your Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into NevaPlan. Your financial data, goals, habits, and planning information belong to you.
You have the right to export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV/JSON).
We will never sell or monetize your personal data. We only share limited measurement signals with advertising platforms when you have explicitly opted in via our cookie banner — and you can revoke that consent at any time.
License Scope
When you purchase a module or bundle (directly or by activating a license code such as NEVA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that module for your own planning.
A license is tied to a single account. You agree not to share your credentials, activate the same license on multiple accounts, or resell or transfer your license without our written consent.
A free plan is available for every product with no time limit and no card required; paid licenses unlock the full feature set for that product or bundle.
Information About Third Parties
Some features let you enter information about other people — for example wedding guests, collaborators, or contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, dietary needs).
You confirm that you have a lawful basis to provide this information and, where required, the consent of those individuals. With respect to that information you are the data controller and NevaPlan acts as a processor on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of third-party information you enter and for responding to those individuals' requests regarding their data.
Financial Disclaimer
NevaPlan is a financial planning and budgeting tool. It is NOT a financial advisory service.
NevaPlan does not provide investment advice, tax advice, or any other form of financial consulting. All financial decisions are your sole responsibility.
The calculations, projections, and analyses provided by NevaPlan are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.
We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor for important financial decisions.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
NevaPlan is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No advice or information obtained through NevaPlan shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NevaPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NevaPlan, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination, except in cases of severe violations.
Governing Law & Your Rights
No exclusive national court is designated for these Terms at this time. Any dispute will first be addressed through the good-faith process set out in "Dispute Resolution" below.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. You may rely on the consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and bring a claim before its courts.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate the resolution process.
If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, and you may contact a local consumer-protection body at any time. Using our resolution process does not affect your statutory rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NevaPlan regarding the use of the service.
We start with a conversation, not a courtroom.
Write to us first and we work it out in good faith. If 30 days pass without a resolution, every legal route stays open to you.
