The Gift Registry is a list of gifts you would like to receive. Guests see it from their personal RSVP page, reserve a gift, and mark it as purchased. Open it from People & Gifts → Gift Registry.

Summary

Four counts at the top: Total Gifts, Available, Reserved and Purchased. The line under the title says guests open the registry from their RSVP page, so you don't need a separate link.

Adding a gift

Click Add Gift and enter:

  • Gift name, for example "Espresso machine"
  • Description (optional)
  • Category — Kitchen, Dining & Tableware, Bedroom, Bathroom, Home & Decor, Electronics, Outdoor & Garden, Experiences or Other
  • Price range and an approximate price
  • Store link (optional). A photo can be pulled from the store link with Get photo from store link, or uploaded yourself.
The Add Gift dialog

To save time, Create Starter List offers classic wedding gifts. Tick the ones you want and press Add to registry. Prices are estimates in your currency.

Managing gifts

Each card has a camera icon (photo), a pencil (edit), and a trash icon (delete). Use Mark purchased when a gift has been bought and Undo purchased to reverse it. Use the category list on the left to filter, and Search to find a gift.

If a guest reserved a gift and changed their mind, Release frees the gift for someone else. The card then shows who reserved it.

Registry settings

Click Registry Settings to control:

  • Visible to guests — turn the registry on or off for guests. When it is hidden, guests do not see it.
  • Max gifts per guest — how many gifts one guest may reserve.
  • Cash Fund Link and Cash Fund Note — an optional link and a short message, for example for a honeymoon fund.
  • Bank Transfer Details — bank name, account holder and IBAN or account number. These are shown only to invited guests on their personal page, never on public pages.

Click Save Settings when you're done.

Reservation activity

The Reservation Activity tab lists each reservation and release, with the guest name, the gift and the time. Entries show whether a release was made by you or by the guest.
