Reports turns your planning into printable summaries. You choose the sections, see a live preview, download a PDF, and can share a view-only link. Open it from Honeymoon → Reports in the left menu.
Tabs
The page has four tabs:
- Report — the main summary, built from the sections you choose.
- Run of Show — a briefing per vendor role (Coordinator, Catering, Photography, DJ).
- Recap — the summary after the wedding day, with final figures.
- Documents — print-ready sheets. See Documents and the wedding binder.
Building the Report tab
Use the presets at the top of Build Your Report:
- Full Report
- Quick Status
- Vendor Pack
- Day-of Brief
Then switch sections on or off with their toggles, for example Overall Progress, Checklist Progress, Timeline, Budget, Guests & RSVP, Invitations & RSVP, Seating, Vendors and Food & Menu. Drag the handle on a row to change the order. Reset returns to the default.
The right side shows a Content preview with page numbers. Use the arrows or the section list to step through it.
Click Download PDF to save the report. Share creates a view-only link.
Share links
Creating a share link needs a paid plan. A shared link shows the summary only, without contact details, and it expires after 30 days. Under Shared Links you can see each link with when it was created and when it expires, copy it with Copy link, or stop it with Revoke link. A link you revoke stops working straight away.
Run of Show
Pick a vendor role (Coordinator, Catering, Photography or DJ). Each role sees only its own briefing, with no guest contact details. Use Download PDF or Create link for this role to pass the briefing on.
Honeymoon section
If you have a honeymoon planned, the report links to the Honeymoon page. The report itself does not replace the trip plan.
