The Invitation page is where you prepare the wedding invitation and send it to your guests. You can upload a design you already made, or start from a template and upload the finished file. Open it from People & Gifts → Invitation.

The Invitation Card page: step 1, your card

The page has two steps: 01 Your card and 02 Share with your guests. The preview shows the card with your names, date and location from your wedding settings.

The two steps at the top of the page

Step 1 — Your card

  1. Browse templates opens the Canva template gallery. Pick a design, personalise it in Canva, download the finished file as PNG, JPG or WebP.
  2. Click Upload card and choose that file. Any size or shape is accepted, up to 5 MB.
  3. Check the preview. Use Replace card to upload a new file if you change your mind.

For printing, the page recommends at least 2400 × 3200 pixels (300 DPI).

Your message

The Your Message box holds the text sent with the invitation, in both the email and the WhatsApp message. Write {guestName} where each guest's name should go. Click Save after you change the text, then Next to move to step 2.

Step 2 — Share with your guests

Each guest receives the invitation with their own personal RSVP link, so the guest can reply straight away. Send to one guest with Send, or select several and send together. For WhatsApp, the app opens the message for you to confirm in WhatsApp.

The page shows All invitations sent! when everyone has been reached.

Send a Save the Date first if you like. The invitation page suggests this order, and your guests get the date earlier.
