The Stationery Editor makes the printed cards for your tables: place cards, escort cards, table numbers and menu cards. The preview is generated from the same PDF you download, so what you see is what prints. The page is not in the sidebar; open it from the Stationery Studio link on the Reports documents or from Menu Cards on the Food & Drinks page.

The Stationery Editor controls on the right

Choose what to print

Use the four tabs at the top of the controls:

  • Place Cards
  • Escort Cards
  • Table Numbers
  • Menu Cards
The Stationery Editor controls, top to bottom

Style

  • Quick Styles — Simple, Classic, Romantic or Modern sets all the options at once. You can change any option afterwards.
  • Text Size — a slider from smaller to larger.
  • UPPERCASE names — Aa keeps names as typed; AA prints them in capitals.
  • Accent Color and Text Color — pick from the swatches.
  • Card Border — None, Thin, Double or Corners.
  • Ornament — None, Hearts, Laurel, Rings, Flourish, Sparkles or Dots.
  • Extra Line (optional) — a line printed under the names, for example a date or "with love".
  • Seat count line — show or hide the number of seats on each card.

Preview and download

The Live Preview panel on the left updates when you change an option. Use Download PDF (at the top or under the controls) to save the print file.

Place cards and escort cards use the names and seats from your seating plan. Update the seating plan first, then print.

FAQ

It is not in the sidebar. Open it from the Stationery Suite on the Reports documents, or from Menu Cards on the Food & Drinks page.

The preview is a PDF that loads after your choices. Wait a moment. If it stays empty, reload the page.

It prints guest names in capital letters on the cards. The names themselves don't change in your guest list.
