The Bill Negotiator looks at your recurring bills and shows the ones with the most room to save if you ask for a better rate. It works from the bills you have already added, so the more complete your Recurring list, the more useful it is.

The Bill Negotiator page
What you see
- The summary:
- Negotiable Bills: the number of recurring bills analysed.
- Potential Monthly Savings, per month.
- Potential Annual Savings, every year.
- Negotiation Tips: four numbered tips to use before you call a provider.
- Your Bills, with the sort menu. The options are Savings: High → Low, Savings: Low → High, Success Rate: High → Low and Amount: High → Low.
- One row per bill, with its name and category, its Amount, the Save / mo amount, the Annual saving and the Success rate as a percentage.
- A bill whose price has gone up shows a Price up badge. A bill whose price has fallen shows Price down.
If there are no bills to review, the page says "No negotiable bills found. Add recurring bills to see savings opportunities."
Use it
- Sort by Savings: High → Low to see the bills with the most to gain.
- Read the Negotiation Tips before you call a provider:
- Call the retention department, which can usually offer more than regular support.
- Mention a lower price you have found elsewhere.
- Ask for loyalty discounts.
- Ask whether combining services with the same provider gives a package discount.
- For a bill marked Price up, the badge means the price has risen recently. Hover over the badge to see the note: good leverage for asking for a reduction.
- Call the provider, agree a new amount, then update the bill's amount on the Recurring page so your plan reflects it.
The savings are estimates. They show what the difference would be if you achieved the amount the page suggests. Nothing changes until you update the bill yourself.

FAQ
The list is built from your recurring bills. Subscriptions are shown on the Subscriptions page. If a bill is missing, check its entry on the Recurring page.
No. It only analyses the amounts you have entered. You make the call.
It is the page's estimate of how likely a negotiation is to succeed for that bill. It is not a guarantee.
