The Wedding Day page is built for the day itself. It shows who has arrived, who is still expected, and who did not come. You check guests in with one tap, or by scanning the QR card they carry. It also shows the run sheet, so the timed items of the day are in one list.
Open it from the Wedding Day item in the Guests group of the sidebar. You can also reach it from the More menu on the Guest List page.
The summary
- Arrival Rate — the percentage of guests who have arrived.
- Arrived, Awaited and No-show — the counts for each state.
- Table Occupancy — how full each table is, from your seating plan. Guests without a table are shown as Unassigned. If you have not created tables yet, the card says "No tables yet — create your seating plan first."
Check guests in
The Guest Check-in list says "One tap marks a guest as arrived."
What you see:
-
Scan QR — opens the QR scanner (see below).
-
Search guests... — finds a guest by name.
-
All, Awaited, Arrived, No-show — the filter buttons, each with the number of guests in that state.
-
Guest row — the guest's name, their RSVP answer and their table, with a Check In button.
-
Search with Search guests... or use the filter buttons: All, Awaited, Arrived and No-show.
-
Tap Check In on the guest's row. The guest moves to Arrived and the summary updates.
-
If you tapped by mistake, tap Undo check-in.
-
For a guest who will not come, tap Mark no-show.
If a check-in fails, the page says "Check-in failed. Please try again." Tap again. Nothing is recorded until the check-in succeeds.
Scan a QR card
Tap Scan QR in the page header to open the QR Check-in scanner. Point the camera at a guest's QR card. The scanner shows the guest and checks them in. Use Scan Next to continue with the next guest.
Messages you may see:
- "Camera unavailable. Please allow camera access and try again." — allow camera access in your browser settings and try again.
- "No guest matches this code" — the card is for another wedding, or the guest was removed. Check the name on the card and find the guest in the list.
- "Checked in!" — the guest is recorded as arrived.
The run sheet
The Run Sheet lists the timed items of the day in time order. Each item shows where it came from:
- Itinerary — the wedding day schedule items you added to the Checklist.
- Task — timeline tasks that have a time.
- Photos — the photo session in your plan.
The item that is happening now carries a Now badge. If there are no timed items, the run sheet says to add times to your itinerary, timeline tasks or photoshoot plan.
Put the day's schedule on the Checklist's Itinerary collection with times. Those items then appear on the run sheet without extra typing. See Checklists and Packing.
If more than one person checks guests in, agree in advance who handles which part of the list, so that two people do not tap the same name.
Frequently asked questions
FAQ
No. An RSVP answer is what the guest told you. Check-in records that the guest has arrived. A guest who said Attending can still be Awaited, and a guest who said Not Attending can still arrive.
Find the guest, tap Undo check-in or Check In, and the status updates. Then continue checking others in.
The page is designed for the day. You can, but the arrival figures are most useful on the day itself.
