The Wedding Party page keeps your bridal party and groomsmen organized — who's standing up with you, in what role, in what order down the aisle, and whether their attire is sorted. It's the difference between a smooth processional and a confused huddle at the back of the ceremony.
Two sides, side by side
The page splits into the Bride's Side and the Groom's Side. When you view all members, they show in two columns; within each side, the honor attendant (Maid/Matron of Honor, Best Man) is grouped at the top, with the rest below.
Four stats sit across the top: Total Members, Bride's Side count, Groom's Side count, and Attire Ready count.

Press Add on the side you're building. The form:

Roles depend on the side
- Bride's Side — Maid/Matron of Honor, Bridesmaid, Junior Bridesmaid, Flower Girl, Other
- Groom's Side — Best Man, Groomsman, Junior Groomsman, Ring Bearer, Usher, Other
Switching the side resets the role choice, since the roles differ. The honor roles (Maid/Matron of Honor, Best Man) are marked specially and sorted to the top of their side.

Aisle order and the processional
The Aisle Order number controls how members sort within each role group, which is exactly what you need when planning the processional. Set it once and the page keeps everyone in order — no re-sorting a list by hand the week of the wedding.
The Escort field pairs people up ("walks in with…"), which the processional and the photographer both care about.
Attire tracking
Each member's Attire Status moves through four stages: Not Started → Ordered → Fitted → Ready. The "Attire Ready" stat at the top counts how many are fully sorted, so in the final two months you can see at a glance who still needs a fitting. Bridesmaid dresses and groomsman suits have long lead times — a member stuck on "Not Started" three months out is a flag.
Use Assigned Tasks to record what you've actually asked each person to do — "organize the bachelorette", "hold the rings", "give a toast". Months later, when someone asks "what was I supposed to handle again?", it's written down.
Search and filter
As the party grows, the search box matches names, roles, escorts, and tasks, and the side filter (All / Bride's / Groom's) narrows the view. With no matches you'll see a gentle "No members match your search".
How it connects
- Seating — your wedding party usually sits at a head table; cross-reference with the seating plan
- Contacts — party members' phone/email also belong in your contacts directory for day-of coordination
- Couple page — a public couple page often features the wedding party; the members you add here are the source for that
Next steps
- Seat your wedding party at the head or sweetheart table
- Add attire deadlines to your timeline so fittings don't slip
- Add their contact details for the day-of group
FAQ
Because the role options differ between sides — Bride's Side has Maid of Honor, Bridesmaid, Flower Girl; Groom's Side has Best Man, Groomsman, Ring Bearer, Usher. Switching sides clears the role so you can't accidentally save a Best Man on the bride's side.
It sorts members within each role group, so your processional lines up in the order you set. The honor attendant is grouped at the top of each side regardless; aisle order arranges everyone else.
Yes — set each member's Attire Status (Not Started / Ordered / Fitted / Ready). The "Attire Ready" stat at the top counts the done ones, so anyone still on Not Started or Ordered close to the date stands out.
