Affirmations are short positive sentences you read to keep your mindset steady while you build habits. The page gives you a daily affirmation, lets you get a new one at any time, and keeps a list of your own lines.

Daily Affirmation at the top, Add Your Own below it, and My Affirmations at the bottom

Read the daily affirmation

The Daily Affirmation card with the New button

The Daily Affirmation card shows one sentence at a time. Click the New button (its label for screen readers is New affirmation) to swap it for a different one. Click it as often as you like. The sentences come from the app's built-in set.

Add your own affirmation

The Add Your Own form: the text box, the four categories and Add Affirmation
  1. Under Add Your Own, pick a category: Confidence, Health, Growth or Relationships.
  2. Type your sentence in the box. The placeholder shows an example: I am capable of achieving great things...
  3. Click Add Affirmation. The button shows Saving... while it saves.

Your new line appears under My Affirmations. Write it in the first person and in the present tense, as if it's already true, because that reads more naturally when you come back to it.

My Affirmations, favourites and the filter

My Affirmations with two lines: one marked as a favourite with a filled heart, and the Favorites only filter at the top right

Each line under My Affirmations has a heart button to mark it as a favourite. A filled heart means the line is a favourite; click it again to remove the mark. Each line also has a Delete button (a trash icon).

Use the Favorites only button above the list to show just your favourites. Click it again to show all lines.

If the filter hides everything, the list says No results found.

Delete an affirmation

Click the trash icon on a line. The app asks Are you sure? before it removes the line. Deleting doesn't affect any other page.
