The Wellness page holds the things that support your habits: how you feel, how much water you drink, what you're grateful for and how you sleep. It has nine tabs. This article covers the four everyday ones: Mood, Hydration, Gratitude and Sleep. The body-related tabs and SOS are in Wellness: Body and SOS.
The tab bar sits under the page header. Click a tab to open it.
Mood
Use the Mood tab to record how you feel once or several times a day.
- Under How are you feeling?, click one of the five faces. The scale runs from Rough (1) through Low (2), Okay (3) and Good (4) to Great (5).
- Under What did you do?, click any activities that apply. The list has about twenty options, including Exercise, Walking, Yoga, Meditation, Reading, Friends, Work and Nap.
- Optionally write a note in Any notes? (optional).
- Click Log Mood. The button reads Saving... while it saves.
Your logged moods appear under Recent Moods. To remove one, use the delete button on its row. The app asks Delete this mood entry? before it deletes.
Mood Year in Pixels
Below the mood form is Mood Year in Pixels, a grid with one small square per day of the year. Each square is coloured by the mood you logged that day. Hover over a square to see the day's mood, for example Mood 4/5. The legend shows Less and More.
Mood is on a 1 to 5 scale here. The journal uses a different 1 to 10 scale. The two don't share data, so a 4 on the journal and a 4 here are separate entries.
Hydration
Use the Hydration tab to add water as you drink it.
- The heading shows today's total against your daily target, shown as / 2000 ml by default.
- Each container button adds that amount to today: 250ml, 350ml, 500ml or 750ml. Click the one that matches your glass or bottle.
The total is saved for today's date. Come back on a later day and the total starts again from zero.
Gratitude
The Gratitude tab starts with three lines, each with the placeholder I'm grateful for....
- Type what you're grateful for on each line.
- Click Add another to add more lines. You can have up to five.
- Click Save Gratitude. The page confirms with Gratitude saved! Keep it up.
Your past entries are listed under Recent Entries. Each entry shows its date, its numbered items and a praying-hands icon.
Sleep
Use the Sleep tab to record a night's sleep.
- Set the Date, Bedtime and Wake Time.
- Under Quality, click a number from 1 to 5.
- Optionally write a note in Notes (optional).
- Click Log Sleep. The page shows Sleep logged! when it's saved.
The tab shows four figures about your sleep: Avg Hours, Avg Quality, Consistency and Total Nights.
Your individual nights are listed in Sleep Log. Each row shows the date, the bedtime and wake time, the hours slept, a quality rating from 1 to 5 stars, the note if you wrote one, and a delete button.
To remove a night, use its delete button and confirm Delete this sleep entry?.
Log sleep the morning after, while you still remember how well you slept.
Loading and errors
- Each tab shows Loading... while its data arrives.
- If a tab fails to load, it shows an error message with a Retry button.
