Ticking habits off feels good. Seeing the pattern behind those ticks is what helps you improve. The Analytics page turns your check-ins into a handful of cards that answer practical questions: Am I doing better than last month? Which days do I slip? Which habit is about to fall apart?

Open Analytics from the Progress & rewards section of the sidebar, or use the Analytics link at the bottom of the Dashboard's left panel. On a phone it's in the bottom bar.

Analytics only counts your active habits. A paused habit drops out of the numbers until you resume it.

Choose a month

Most cards follow the month shown at the top left. Use the arrows to step back and forward. Early in a month there isn't much data yet, so going back one month often gives a clearer picture.

Analytics for September: Month Comparison, Day of Week, Time of Day and Sleep

Month Comparison

Two tiles compare the selected month with the month before. Each one shows a completion rate (for example 30%) and the raw count behind it (216/720 means 216 check-ins out of 720 possible). The colored strip in the middle shows the change. Below it:

  • Active Days: days on which you completed at least one habit.
  • Perfect Days: days on which you completed every habit.

Day of Week

One bar per weekday shows your completion rate on that day. Your strongest days are highlighted in green and your weakest in red. If one day is always red, that's the day to make your habits easier, not harder.

Time of Day

This card shows when you tend to check in, in five time windows from 5:00–8:00 to 21:00–5:00. It's based on the moment you ticked the habit, not the Time of Day you gave it. That makes it a good reality check: if you planned a morning habit but always tick it at night, you'll see it here.

Sleep

If you log sleep in Wellness, this card shows your Avg Hours, Avg Quality, Consistency, number of Nights, and your most recent entries. Without sleep logs it reads No sleep data yet.

Contribution Heatmap

Further down, the heatmap shows the whole year at a glance. Each square is a day, and darker squares mean more habits completed (see the Less → More scale). Use the arrows next to the year to look at earlier years. Under the grid you'll see the number of active days in that year and your average completion rate.

Today: score, risks and insights

The Today section looks at your recent behavior rather than the selected month.

Health Score with its five parts, At Risk Habits, and AI Insights

Health Score is a single number out of 100 that sums up how your habits are going, with a label from Reset and Starting up to Exceptional. It's built from five parts, so you can see where points are being lost:

PartMax pointsWhat it reflects
Consistency35How regularly you complete your habits
Streak20How long your current runs are
Trend20Whether you're improving or slipping
Variety10How many of your categories you're keeping up with (more than half of their habits done)
Recovery15How quickly you get back on track after a miss

At Risk Habits lists habits that look likely to slip, each labeled At Risk, Moderate or Safe. When everything is fine you'll see No habits at risk — great job!

AI Insights shows short notes about patterns in your records, such as your best day of the week, plus suggestions for what to try next.

Finally, the collapsible Activity section at the bottom adds extra panels: this week's results compared with last week, category summaries, your strongest habits, streak leaders and correlations between habits. Correlations show habits that tend to happen together in your records. They don't prove that one causes the other.

Don't chase a perfect Health Score. Look at the lowest of the five parts and fix only that. If Recovery is low, for example, focus on never missing two days in a row.

Export your data

The CSV and JSON buttons at the top right download all your habit data. Use CSV to open it in a spreadsheet, or JSON if you want to keep a complete backup. Export is part of the paid plan. On the free plan, the buttons explain how to upgrade instead.

They follow the selected month, and there are only a few days of data so far. Step back to last month with the arrow for a fuller picture.
