Your Companion is a small virtual pet that grows with your habits. Complete habits and it stays happy. Skip them and its happiness drops over time. The companion is optional, and it's there to make consistency feel rewarding.
Open Companion from the Companionship group in the sidebar.
Your companion
The large card shows your companion, its name, its stage (for example Baby) and its mood, shown as Thriving!, Okay or Needs Love. Its speech bubble changes with its mood.
Under the companion is the care panel:
- Happiness: its mood as a percentage, with a bar.
- XP: the experience it has gained.
- Days Alive: how many days it has been with you.
- The feeding status. Once fed for the day, the message reads Already fed today! Come back tomorrow.
Feed and look after it
- Feed gives your companion a boost. You can feed it once a day. If you've already fed it today, the button tells you Already fed today! Come back tomorrow.
- Happiness rises when you complete habits and when you feed it, and drops over time when you skip habits.
- The page explains how it grows: Complete habits → +10 XP & +5 happiness · Feed daily → +15 happiness · Skip habits → happiness drops over time.
Evolution path
Your companion moves through five stages as it lives longer. The Evolution Path lists them with the days each one needs:
| Stage | Days alive | XP shown on the path |
|---|---|---|
| Egg | 0 to 7 days | |
| Baby | 8 days and up | 100 XP |
| Youth | 31 days and up | 300 XP |
| Adult | 91 days and up | 600 XP |
| Elder | 181 days and up |
The highlighted stage is where your companion is now. The stage depends on how many days it has been alive, so it grows at its own pace. Keep it fed and keep up your habits.

FAQ
Feeding adds happiness once a day, so a day you don't feed it misses that boost. Completing habits also raises happiness.
Happiness also drops when you skip habits. Check Happiness and complete your habits to raise it.
The page does not offer a way to change the animal once it is adopted.
