FAQ
You cannot. Project health is worked out automatically, and no screen lets you change it. The badge follows these rules: a project that is more than half a day past its end date is Off track, or Critical once it is 14 days late. A project with any overdue task is At risk. A project whose progress is more than 30 points behind the time that has passed is also At risk. Everything else is On track. Finished and canceled projects show no badge.
To improve the badge, finish or reschedule the overdue tasks, move the end date if the plan really changed, or mark the project as done. See Dashboard and Projects.
No. There is no Dashboard Builder, and the Dashboard has no option to hide, show or move its cards. Every account sees the same layout. Use the sidebar to open the page that has the detail you need, for example Workload and Portfolio or Reports.
Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) opens the Search page. It is not a command palette. Press ? to open the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog, which has a search box ("Search shortcuts...") so you can find a shortcut quickly.
Other shortcuts: press C to open Quick Create, where you type a task and press Enter to create it (Escape closes it). Press G and then a letter to jump to a page: D Dashboard, P Projects, K Kanban Board, T Variable Tasks, M Decision Matrix, G Gantt Chart, C Monthly Calendar, W Workload and B Burndown. Shortcuts are ignored while you are typing in a text box.
A rule shows Unavailable when it uses a trigger or an action that the current rule editor does not support. You cannot switch such a rule on. You can still delete it and build a new one with the options the editor offers. See Automation.
The page notes say: task changes trigger rules immediately, overdue rules are checked daily at 08:00 UTC once per task and due date, and automation actions do not trigger other rules.
Invitation codes expire after 48 hours and can only be used by the person whose email account matches the invitation. No email is sent automatically, so you must share the code yourself. If the code is old or was typed for the wrong address, ask the workspace owner or an administrator to press Create invitation again. They can also use Revoke to cancel an invitation that is no longer needed. Details are in Team.
The client sees "This link is not available" when the link was turned off with Turn off link, or when you deleted the client (which turns off all of their links). Create a new link under Client Portal. See Client Portal.

Finish it. Marking a project as done keeps it, with all its tasks and figures, and you can find it again under the Done filter on the Projects page. Deleting asks for confirmation and says "This cannot be undone.", so use it only for projects you created by mistake.
You keep these lists in Settings, under Project Categories and Team Members (Person In Charge). Press Save after you change them.
The page says that full sign-in with your calendar provider is not available yet, and the Connect Calendar button is disabled. See Git Integration and Calendar Sync.
No. The page says "Manual PR links are available. Automatic provider updates are not connected." You add each link by hand.
It only picks up lines that start with TODO:, ACTION: or - [ ], plus dash lines with an @name. It does not read free-form conversation. See Approvals and Meeting Notes.
Press Save at the top right of Settings before you leave. Only the Labels card saves by itself. See Task Labels.
